LinkedIn can be a powerful tool for business networking and marketing. By creating a LinkedIn Company Page, you can build relationships with potential and current customers, as well as promote your brand and product offerings.

Here's how to set up a LinkedIn Company Page:

  1. Go to linkedin.com and sign in with your LinkedIn account. If you don't have an account, you'll need to create one.

  1. On the Home page, hover over Interests at the top of the page and select Companies from the drop-down menu that appears.

  1. On the Companies page, click +Create a Company Page or click Create a new company at the top right of the page.

  1. Type in your company name and choose your company's size, industry, and country/region from the drop-down menus that appear. Then click Continue. If your company already has a LinkedIn Company Page, you'll see it listed here and you can Claim it now instead.

  1. On the next screen, enter some basic information about your company, including a company description (1000 character limit), website URL, and profile image or logo. You can also choose to add additional team members who will help manage this Page later on. When you're finished, click Continue.

  1. On the following screen, select up to 50 skills that best describe your company so people can easily find you when they're searching for those keywords on LinkedIn. Then click Continue. If you're not ready to add skills just yet, click Skip this step at the bottom of the page instead and come back to it later. You can always add or remove skills later by going to Edit Page Info under Admin Tools on your Page while logged in as an admin.

  1. To finish setting up your new Company Page, click Get started! on the final screen or go back to Interests > Companies from the top of any LinkedIn page and click Follow next to your company's name to start receiving updates from your new Company Page in your homepage feed right away!

  1. After following your company's new Page, be sure to tell all of your employees, partners, suppliers, customers, etc., about it so they can follow it too! The more followers you have, the more likely people are to see updates from your Company Page in their homepage feed on LinkedIn which will help promote awareness of your brand on the platform organically over time!

  1. Admin Tools on Your New Company. Once you've claimed or created your new LinkedIn Company Page, there are lots of things you can do to customize it further including adding featured content and applications (like slideshows), change appearance settings like colors and fonts, add interesting insights about how people are interacting with your content using built-in analytics tools available only to admins of Pages (under Overview tab), edit general information about your company like size/headquarters/industry/etc (under Edit Page Info tab), view all recent activity related to interactions with people on your Page (under Recent Activity tab), view lists of employees who have "liked" or followed your page as well as non-employees who have connected with it (under Following & Followers tab), etc!

Conclusion:

Setting up a LinkedIn Company Page is quick and easy, and requires nothing more than a few minutes of your time! Plus, once you've created your page and populated it with content, LinkedIn offers a variety of tools that allow you to customize its appearance, track interactions and activity related to your page, view lists of followers/likers/connections, etc., giving you complete control over how people perceive and interact with your brand on the platform!
